Qualify for Assistance
Once contract, assay report and paperwork are approved the seller will meet with our agent at the Minister of Mining's office where we will pay all export fees and taxes. at the same time when the fees are paid the seller will surrender the gold to our agent.

The seller and our agent will then fly together to the refinery in Dallas Texas to deliver. the gold to our buyer. It takes around 10 business days to complete the transaction and get paid by our buyer.
To qualify for our financial assistance program

To qualify you have to submit the following information.
​
1. You must be a licensed independent mine owner or the main decision maker for that mining group.
2. You must sign a 2-year contract with our buyer.
3. Must be able to deliver at lease 10 kilos of dory per month.
4. Business license. A B and C if engaged.
5. Passport copies for the owners in the article of formation and any other owner or partner mentioned.
6. Occupancy certificate for their office or lease agreement.
7. Mining license for the mine and coordinates for the mine must be included in the mining license.
8. Passport copies for the individuals in the mining license if different than company.
9. If the mining license is subleased, we need the contract or contracts until it reaches the company that are mining and selling to us.

10. Need Letters from Mining Operation with their Letter Head Listing Any Hazardous products such as Mercury were not part of the Gold Extraction Process

11. Need Letters from Mining Operation concerning conducting their Mining and Business Operation under all Guidelines not using Forced Labor practices.

12. Pictures from their mine and engineering study about methods of mining and extractions.
13. Letter with mining company letter head that the gold or other metals they are mining is mined without hurting the environment or involving forced labor.
14. If the selling company is a dealer, we still need the whole Supply Chain from the Mine to the trading company. Every person or company(s) and owner(s) of the companies in between. Including dealer company business license, owners’ passports, Memorandum of Association, invoices, occupancy proof.
15. After approving the paperwork, every time there is a shipment on the way, we need a copy of shipping company receipts if involved, custom release documents from exporting country and US custom. We keep a file for every shipment.
